These terms and conditions apply to the Shared Voice app and website (collectively, the “Service”), created by Speczo Inc. (the “Service Provider”) and offered as a freemium service.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using Shared Voice.
Use of the Service
You may use Shared Voice only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, account, and access credentials.
Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, extraction of source code, translation, or creation of derivative versions of the Service or its trademarks is prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service remain the property of the Service Provider or its licensors.
Service changes and availability
The Service Provider may modify the Service, introduce new features, change available functionality, or charge for features at any time. Any charges will be communicated clearly before they apply.
Some features require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced functionality caused by unavailable Wi-Fi, mobile-network limitations, exhausted data allowances, roaming charges, or third-party network outages. Your mobile provider’s terms and charges continue to apply.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device remains charged and is compatible with the Service.
Your content and personal data
The Service stores and processes information you provide in order to provide Shared Voice. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
If you submit text, audio, images, or other content through the Service, you remain responsible for that content and must have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it. You grant the Service Provider a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
Third-party services
Shared Voice may use third-party services that have their own terms and conditions. You may review the terms for Google Play Services at Google’s Terms of Service.
Updates and termination
The Service Provider may release updates that you must install to continue using Shared Voice. The Service Provider does not guarantee that every update will remain compatible with every device or operating-system version.
The Service Provider may discontinue or suspend the Service at any time. If these terms or your access to the Service end, you must stop using Shared Voice and, where applicable, delete it from your device. Rights and licenses granted under these terms will end upon termination unless stated otherwise.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. While the Service Provider works to keep Shared Voice useful, accurate, and up to date, it relies on third parties and cannot guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider is not responsible for losses arising from your reliance on information or functionality made available through the Service, or from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
The Service Provider may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the updated terms will be effective when posted unless a later date is specified. Your continued use of Shared Voice after changes are posted means that you accept the updated terms.
